We are looking for disability support workers who strive to make a difference within the disability industry. To be successful in their role you need to be compassionate, creative and fun-loving. You should be able to see the person, not the disability. You should be able to adapt yourself every day and for every shift.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client requires 24/7 care and support workers are required to provide support during this period. This will be an ongoing Job at a SIL house**:

- **Client requires assistance with medication and meal preparation as well as meal assistance**:

- **Must be located in western suburbs or able to travel to Tarneit without any issues**

**This position requires minimum of Cert 4 in Disability/ Cert 3** in community services or Individual Support and you must provide PI/PL Insurance Cover.

**Qualification**

**Essential**
- COVID19 Vaccinated
- First Aid & CPR (Regularly updated before expiry)
- National Police Check (Completed within the last 12 months and updated every 3 years)
- Employee Working with Children Checks
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

**Desirable**

Minimum of Cert 3 in Individual Support/ HACC/ Aged Care, etc

Manual Handling Certificate **Hand Hygiene Certificate**

Cert III or IV in Disability Support
