**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a strategic and people-focused **Growth & Client Engagement Manager** to drive growth and build partnerships across both our corporate and NDIS service lines.

This is a unique opportunity to blend business development with stakeholder engagement - helping to shape how two impactful brands grow in Western Australia.

**Your Role**

**Stallio Business Solutions - Business Development**
- Identify and pursue opportunities in industries such as healthcare, mining, and oil & gas.
- Build long-term, values-aligned relationships with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-design tailored operational solutions.
- Represent Stallio Business Solutions at relevant events and forums.

**Stallio Care - Client Engagement (NDIS Focus)**
- Promote our NDIS services and build strategic relationships with Local area coordinators (LACs), support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, families and carers.
- Build and maintain a high-quality referral network across WA.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and person-centred experience.
- Gather and share insights to support continuous improvement in service delivery.

**About You**

You are a versatile and relationship-driven professional who can switch gears between business strategy and community connection. You understand how to drive growth while building meaningful, trust-based relationships.

**You Bring**:

- Experience in either corporate business development or NDIS stakeholder engagement - ideally both.
- A solid understanding of NDIS processes, funding categories, and service pathways.
- Commercial acumen and experience growing service-based organisations.
- The ability to confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across WA.
- Willingness to obtain (if not already held):

- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (as per current health guidelines).

Employment Type

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
