ABC Seamless has an excellent opportunity for an experienced **Receptionist** to join our leading home improvement company in the Parramatta area.
This is a full time role at our office, with hours of 8am - 4:40pm (Monday to Friday).
Reporting to the Managers, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Taking customer details
- Sending leads to sales people
- Communicating with sales people to assist with customer enquiries
- Checking paperwork and registering contracts
- Creating receipts for payments
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing and general duties
To be considered for the position, it is essential that you:
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Have a car to drive to our office in the Parramatta area (parking on site).
- Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Are reliable, punctual and friendly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
