**We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Today's Dental.**

**Job Type**: Casual, 2 days per week. Tuesday and Wednesday preferred.

**Location**:Auburn

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Provide general administrative support such as filing and scanning
- Assist with organizing and maintaining practice tidiness
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as in a receptionist/ customer service/ hospitality role
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
