As a Stock Hand - Despatch at JPL Group, you'll be right in the action — packing, sorting, scanning, and making sure every store gets what they need, when they need it. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, hands-on role where your attention to detail and team spirit will make a real impact. What will you do?
- Assist with unpacking, sorting, and putting away stock and store returns
- Prepare store bags for despatch and support timely deliveries to stores
- Manage incoming and outgoing store mail and allocate it to the correct departments
- Scan and process incoming stock transfers, recalls, and store-to-store movements
- Sort and allocate watch EDI orders with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including recycling and repacking materials
- Refill picking benches with recycled packaging to support order processing
- Liaise with couriers for the collection and delivery of store bags and other stock
What skills and experience do you need?
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to details with focus on accuracy
- Proven ability to work well both in a team as well as individually
- Proven ability to plan, organise, implement actions and achieve effective outcome
