We currently have an opportunity for a diligent Stock Hand to join our Distribution team in Summer Hill. As Stock Hand you will be responsible in ensuring DC activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. This is a Full-Time opportunity located in our support Office - Summer Hill, Sydney.
Your role and responsibilities will consist but are not limited to:
- Organise and release of all jewellery invoices
- Assign ticketing priorities and assist with ticketing when required
- Collate completed stock against invoices
- Liaise with vault Team Members to securely store high-end product
- Liaise with Buyers on organising samples of stock
- Record incoming stock into the appropriate system (Pathway)
- Organise and complete relevant stock paperwork
- Receive and record stock deliveries for all divisions
- Ensure control for nil report when needed for jewellery vaults only
- Put away and refill of stock into jewellery and catalogue vaults
- Assist with putting away stock when needed.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties when required.
- Assist with daily picking of stock.
- Other ad-hoc duties as per required by management across all DC areas.

**Availability required**:
- Monday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm
