The Quality Services and Compliance Manager will work with the Manager Client Services and the Management Team and staff to effectively ensure compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines and documents. This position plats an integral part in delivering client focused quality services
**Key responsibilities**:
- Ensure the organisation meets the requirements of the Aged Care Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and other relevant Standards
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of policy, procedures, work instructions, projects and other initiatives, which supports the strategic, quality and continuous improvement agenda.
- Compile, analyse and evaluate information and prepare reports to inform decision making with a view to maintaining and modifying operational performance and service delivery, as well as risk management
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored in the Client Management System database and corresponding funder databases.
- Positively and constructively represent the organisation in all opportunities, role modelling the Code of Conduct and actively supporting the mission, vision and values
**A bit about you**
To have success in the role you will have a can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running. You will also have;
- Demonstrated understanding of the requirements of the Aged Care and NDIS Practice Standards
- A clinical care background
- Demonstrated ability to critically interpret documents such as policies, procedures, contracts and be able to disseminate information to stakeholders, including practitioners and managers.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in contributing to the establishment, review and continuous improvement of compliance, policies, practices and processes.
- A valid NDIS Workers screening check and vaccination against COVID-19 (as per government mandate)
