We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join Empire Shisha Bar

As a Social Media Manager/Content creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across all channels to promote our brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute our social media strategy across all channels including

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and Snapchat.
- Create and curate engaging content such as photos, videos, reels and captions that are in line with our brand image and target market.
- Manage and monitor our social media accounts, and respond to comments, messages and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and adjust our strategy accordingly.
- Analyse and report on our social media performance using data and analytics tools, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with our team and vendors to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.

**Requirements**:
*
- 2+ years proven experience in social media management, preferably in a retail or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and represent our brand online.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent photography, video and graphic design skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the shisha culture and products is a plus.
