In this role, you'll contribute to the delivery of services that directly support residents, property owners, and local development—helping maintain accuracy, transparency, and trust in the way we serve our community.
**Reporting to the Team Leader - Property & Revenue the key responsibilities include**:
- Maintain property records and update the Name and Address Register (NAR)
- Process valuation updates and land division changes to ensure rating data accuracy
- Allocate street numbers and negotiate new street names with developers
- Manage rate rebates, arrears, and payment arrangements in line with policy
- Coordinate Section 7 and 187 certificates with internal teams
- Create and maintain corporate records and creditor information
**The successful applicant will have**:
- Administrative experience, ideally within a Local Government or property-related environment
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Local Government Act 1999
- Ability to follow policies and procedures with strong attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills and sound decision-making
- A proactive, motivated attitude and commitment to delivering quality service to the community

This is a Level 3 position that has a current salary range of $85,842 - $92,318 per annum (plus Super).
