**Revenue Officer**
- Hybrid working flexibility, WFH and the office
- Permanent full-time role - 76 hours per fortnight
- Park Holme location

**The opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Officer to join our team on a permanent full time basis. Whilst reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will as work part of a team providing a comprehensive, accurate and timely debt collection services which will enhance the position of the company.

**Key responsibilities**
- Collate payments as per the agreed payment terms and conditions.
- Managing payment deadlines and overdue payment status.
- Effectively dealing with client account queries.
- Process credits, adjustments, transfers, write offs and refunds on clients’ accounts as required.
- Prepare monthly reports.

**About you**
- High level data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of accounts processes to provide sound advice to others.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level time management and organisational skills to effectively plan, prioritise and complete work tasks.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
