We have an excellent fulltime permanent opportunity for a proactive and experienced Spare Parts leading hand to oversee the day-to-day operations of our parts department.

You'll provide visible leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the spare parts team to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with training and development of team members.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a spare parts or inventory management role, ideally in automotive, industrial, or machinery sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer literacy.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Forklift licence.
  • Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
