**The Company**

This is a career-building opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to support the broader team and assist with an array of HR Projects and get exposure to ER/IR.

**The Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, highly driven HR generalist who will be challenged by taking full ownership of the demands that come with a diverse and complex environment.

As the HR Coordinator, reporting directly into the HR Director, you will:

- Working closely with the P&C team to support day-to-day administration and employee lifecycle including recruitment;
- Providing general first-level advice to staff regarding policies, ER matters, EBAs, programs and best practices;
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide advice/ push back or influence as required
- Managing organisational changes and employee data
- Supporting in continuous improvement of processes, projects and procedures;
- Supporting work cover claims, staff injuries and assist with injured employees returning to work;
- Organising regular induction programs for new starters

**Skills and Experience**

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- A 'people person' who is experienced engaging with staff at all levels in the business
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team but also autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to think outside the square when faced with a challenge and show initiative when problem solving.
