**About the role**:
The purpose of the ERP Trainer & Document Writer role is to to work closely with the Project Manager, Change Manager, Process Team Leaders and Subject Matter Experts ensuring clear, concise and high quality end user documentation and training materials and effective delivery of end user training.

You will play a pivotal role in successful implementation of the new ERP solution, Technology One Financials/ SCM group-wide, together with Telstra Health Resident Manager solution across all residential & housing facilities.
- Documentation: Develop end user procedures, develop online learning materials
- Training delivery, assist in scheduling key user & end user training, deliver Key/End user training, develop online training courses/ materials, provide ongoing assessment of training needs

**This is the place for you if you have**:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent
- Previous ERP systems training & documentation experience is essential
- Extensive knowledge of information systems, training and documentation, particularly Finance and Procurement
- Previous experience with Technology One or Telstra Health Resident Manager is an advantage
- Demonstrated development of end-user procedures and training materials, including online training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
