The Australian Drilling Systems (ADS) Group manufactures and operates specialised underground directional drilling equipment. We offer complete drilling, secondary support and project solutions that have our equipment and personnel engaged at many leading mine sites both in Australia and around the world.

**The role**

**NEW - 2.5 year Development Contract - Development Coordinator**

Great rates - Production Bonus - Vehicle - Camp Accommodation - Immediate start
- Utilise your extension underground Development experience to maximise and manage allocated resources, manning and equipment
- Demonstrate visible safety leadership, ensuring that all safety performance measures, processes and reports are achieved
- Commitment to achievement of business goals and outcomes through the competent management of project personnel

**You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Underground Development experience at Coordinator level or above
- You should have had exposure to project management including personnel management, budgeting and reporting
- You will have had demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
- High level ability to problem-solve and effectively plan and prioritise tasks
- Relevant experience and a minimum of 1 year working in a Development Panel.
- Tickets and experience essential
- SMV, LHD and other relevant equipment tickets (highly regarded)
- High level communication skills
- C Class Driver’s license. (Minimum)
- An outcome focused, passionate and professional attitude towards the role and others.
- Demonstrated ability adhering to safety policies and procedures in an underground coal environment.
- Commitment to meet all company and client WHS responsibilities
