Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for projects in the Civil Construction sector? We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects, from planning and coordination to completion. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to the growth of our company, we want to hear from you

**_Key Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the project manager and teams to ensure effective project execution, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Procurement & contract management
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Project document control and general administration

**_Experience required_**
- Ideally hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the Civil Construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS excel and MS Office products
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
