**About the Role**

As a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Blanc Spa, you will:

- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with our business objectives, target audience, and budget.
- Manage Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance Blanc Spa’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image and voice across all channels.
- Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage Budgets: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
- Plan and Coordinate Events: Organize and execute marketing events, including spa promotions, product launches, workshops, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, referral incentives, and personalized marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Influencers: Partner with influencers to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with complementary businesses and local organizations.
- Handle Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and industry professionals to secure press coverage and amplify brand exposure.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the luxury spa and wellness, or high-end retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, Meta Business Tools, Google Analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
