Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
The Patient Experience Administration Officer is a member of the Patient Experience Team which sits within the Patient Safety and Quality Service. The position will:

- Provide a high level of customer service in managing and responding to consumer feedback from patients and their families in a timely and effective manner with the aim of providing responses which rebuilt trust, improve the healthcare experience for patients and their families and improve the quality of care.
- Work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including the Office of the Health Service Chief Executive, the Health Minister, and the Office of the Health Ombudsman.
- Provide a high level of efficient, effective, and professional administration support to the Patient Experience Team and support administration functions for the Patient Safety and Quality Service more broadly as required.
