About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma qualified educator in Early Childhood Education and Care. This part-time role requires flexibility to work open and close shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our center.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
- Contribute to planning and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work early mornings (open shifts) and late afternoons (close shifts).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.52 - $39.62 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Working with children: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
