Churches of Christ Housing Services is a tier one housing provider with approximately 1200 dwellings under management across South East Queensland.

Reporting to the General Manager Housing Services, the Manager - Program Practice and Development leads the implementation of evidence-based best practice service delivery, whilst also managing the development and implementation of strategies, programs and tools to enhance services through practice development and community engagement.

This position is primarily responsible for evaluating service compliance with contractual, legislative and best practice requirements, as well as accurately identifying skill or process gaps, and developing improvement initiatives. The role also acts as the primary liaison with government and some non-government stakeholders to build organisational capacity and sector capability.

This position offers an attractive base salary + super + up to $15,900 in salary packaging + benefits + the option of a packaged company provided vehicle.

At a minimum, your experience should include:

- Five years’ leadership experience in a housing practice, organisational development or managerial role.
- A demonstrated ability to work under limited direction with mínimal supervision to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience working with a diverse range of people, including those from social and economic disadvantaged backgrounds.
