**The Role**:

- A newly created opportunity to own the CRM for King Living
- Define King Living's global digital ecosystem strategy for digital and CRM platforms.
- Optimise lead management and first party data for the online customer journey.
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle and trigger-based contact strategies.
- Drive membership acquisition across all markets
- Set, monitor and review metrics and post-campaign analysis to optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with our content team to develop engaging content aligned with the business outcomes.
- Manage the briefing process to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brief.
- Continuously analyse customer insights to drive ROI, customer database health, and purchasing behaviours
- Own delivery, optimisations and reporting of all automated campaigns.
- Define briefs, rules, data/tech requirements, system integrations, and procedures for CRM health.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, eCommerce, IT and our CX teams for digital roadmap.
- Manage relationships with our 3rd party vendors and agencies.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in CRM and digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM programs (experience in Emarsys is preferred)
- Passion for the end-to-end customer journey and using data to eliminate roadblocks and identify opportunities
- Experience in data management and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think commercially, strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the retail or furniture industry is highly desirable.
