The Business Support Coordinator will provide high level business support, stakeholder management, and executive support.
It is a 6 months contract role based in Sunshine**.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide calendar support to the Senior Management
- Report creation and preparation of various documentation as required
- Raising Purchase Requisitions
- Verifying invoices and transacting goods receipts
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency
**Key Skills**
- Experience in business coordination and administration
- Strong writing skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Great stakeholder engagement and ability to build trust and rapport
- Intermediate Excel skills
