A day in your life**:Oversee the smooth running of daily building operations across a high-profile commercial portfolio
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to manage repairs and maintenance
- Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and running efficiently
- Prepare and manage capital projects, budgets, reporting, and performance metrics with confidence and care
- Lead sustainability and wellbeing initiatives to create better workplaces for all
- Work in partnership with a collaborative and progressive account team.
