**About us**

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

**What you will be doing**

The Patient Reported Measures (PRMs) Stream lead is responsible for leading the strategic coordination and end-toend program management of the PRM program. The stream lead will expertly coordinate the Primary care and LHD/SHN stream of work, alongside the coordination and strategic management of the clinical-technical platform delivery.

This position will be responsible for the operationalisation of ACI's implementation and communication strategies which will inform and enable the statewide implementation of PRMs in accordance with system and strategic priorities.

The Stream lead will work collaboratively with health professionals including hospital managers and clinicians, consumers and community and primary care partners to identify opportunities for innovation in care delivery. This position will provide strategic and high level advice, including reporting against deliverables, milestones and progression against agreed Evaluation action plans to the ACI Executive, Associate Director IDEA and key stakeholders involved in the PRMs program.

**Remuneration**: $161,042 - $192,662 per annum excluding Superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria / Questions**

1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated significant relevant industry experience in Patient Reported Measures.
2. Demonstrated high level experience in complex project management and the implementation of statewide projects, frameworks and/or initiatives that effectively support change management
3. Proven ability to strategically lead, motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams in the context of PRMs within the NSW public health system and primary health sector environment.

This position is a temporary position and requires **full working rights** in Australia (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident).
