Charlton Morris are pleased to be partnered with a global mining software company, who create next-generation solutions for the entire mining lifecycle. Our client is looking for a tech-savvy Product Strategy Manager to join their Product Development team in Perth.

As a Product Strategy Manager you will be responsible for the creation and execution of a successful product roadmap and vision for our client’s flagship Exploration and Geology product. You will also be aware of global market trends and be a key player in the development and release of new products.

**This position is a broad position covering all aspects of product success. As well as the above, as a Product Manager you will also be responsible for**:

- Understand and communicate global market trends, competitor outlook and customer needs to the relevant stakeholders.
- Define product positioning and messaging in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders to support marketing.
- Lead the translation of the product strategies and roadmap with the Technical Product Managers and Product Analysts.
- Define and lead the delivery of product release plans as well as contributing to marketing and marketing release plans.
- 10 years of combined experience across the following areas: mining exploration, corporate strategy, pricing, pre-deal M&A, software, product management.
- An on-site understanding of mining exploration, ideally from a geology background, with exposure to both underground and surface mining.
- 2-3 years in a Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Development role working with mining software.
- A strong leader with the ability to influence.
