NRW Civil & Mining is now seeking an experienced **Planner/Scheduler** to join our Pre Contracts team based in the Belmont head office.

**To be considered for this position you must possess the following as a minimum**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a construction environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a Planner role or related discipline
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification - highly desired but not essential
- Experience with Primavera P6 and Tilosplanning systems
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- A strong safety focussed approach to delivering your work
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

**As a Planner/Scheduler working for NRW Civil & Mining, you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Monitoring, updating and providing project reports in relation to the project delivery schedule
- Analysing qualitative or quantitative data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for action regarding planning/scheduling progress
- Establishing client relationships, making group presentations and communicating effectively with site personnel
- Coordinating and developing detailed project schedules with site personnel including Engineers and Supervisors
- Producing detailed cause and effect programming analysis to support delay and disruption claims submitted to the client
- Reviewing, planning and scheduling documentation to identify ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered by the project team
- Providing planning advice and expertise to both internal and external partners
- Building positive working relationships with client contacts and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of project objectives
- Assisting Management with the implementation of protocols, procedures and performance metrics to achieve set planning targets
