**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Planner/Scheduler with a strong background in rail operations and planning to join our team. As a Planner/Scheduler seconded into a government project, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the scheduling and planning of rail construction & services, ensuring seamless operations and an excellent commuting experience for our passengers.

**For you to be successful**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field.

Proven experience across rail operations, scheduling, and planning, preferably within a government or public transportation agency.

Strong understanding of rail network operations, infrastructure, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools to analyze data and optimize schedules.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Be detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in scheduling.
