**Job Description**:
**Are you ready to get your hands dirty and join our team of problem solvers?**

If you’re the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, we have several opportunities for Grounds People to join our Facility Maintenance team, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster across Western Australia’s remote sites.

**Who are we looking for?**

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in facility maintenance across the domestic and commercial sectors. Our Grounds People are team players, have a can-do attitude, are flexible and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.

We are looking for driven and self-motivated Grounds People to conduct grounds maintenance (mowing, weeding, landscaping) works across residential, village and mine site facilities.

Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster often in extreme environments. So having a good level of fitness will help you get through each day

**Qualifications**:

- Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- Experience / Certification in Landscaping and/or Horticulture will be highly regarded
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
