We’re looking for a motivated, teammate to join our friendly staff team in Mornington.

Experience in strata, property or facility management OR a tertiary qualification in a business or real estate discipline is a prerequisite for this role.

You’ll be managing a mixed property portfolio, maintained to a high standard.

**Duties**
- Arranging and monitoring property maintenance
- Insurance quotations & claims management
- Organise & carry out client meetings
- Financial budgeting and forecasting
- Providing advice on current legislation

**Skills required**
- Brilliant at time management, multi-tasking, customer service
- Drivers license and reliable car
- Proficient with Microsoft office
