Melbourne, Australia Level Crossing Removal Project Full time

About the role
In this role you will be reporting to the Deputy Program Director, managing and co-ordinating with the Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) & Alliance Completions teams to meet the requirements of the Project. Additionally, you will be ensuring that LXRP process and procedures enable each Level Crossing to be handed over to the relevant stakeholders on behalf of the state.
Also, in this role you will provide a supporting role to the Engineering Manager in the design review & reporting process where required.
This is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $127,467 and $170,579 plus superannuation and leave loading. People that enjoy working from both the office and from home have the option to access our hybrid working arrangements.
About you
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in completions management related to project delivery, preferably associated with transport or major infrastructure projects. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate your experience in project performance measurement, analytical skills and reporting, preferably in an Alliance commercial framework. Your knowledge of commercial and behavioural considerations associated with project completion, defects management and final completion will also help to ensure your success in this role.
It is anticipated that you will have direct experience of delivering projects and understand where and when the pain points can arise. Additionally, you will be a comfortable multi-tasker who can deal with a range of inputs.
LXRP is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and as such we strongly encourage and welcome folks from minorities, women, the disabled, First Nations, Veterans, and all other qualified applicants to apply.
About the team
Working within our team of professionals at the Western Program Alliance you will enjoy both the fast pace of work and conversely other occasions where your tenacity, patience and ability to close off outstanding items will be put to the test.
