**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Horticulturalist/Maintenance Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading and coordinating our maintenance crew to ensure the successful upkeep and beautification of various outdoor environments. This is a mobile role, and you will be provided with a fully-equipped vehicle, tools, phone, and iPad to efficiently manage tasks across the Southeastern Suburbs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of horticultural maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks and assignments to ensure the timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Perform a wide range of horticultural tasks, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation, pest control, and soil management.
- Monitor plant health and implement corrective actions to maintain the vitality and aesthetics of landscapes.
- Collaborate with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, including work schedules, materials used, and project updates.
- Operate and maintain company-provided equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and sustainability in all horticultural and maintenance activities.

**Experince**:

- Proven experience in horticultural maintenance, with a strong understanding of plant care and landscaping techniques.
- Previous leadership or team management experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, such as iPads and smartphones, for record-keeping and communication.
