We require an energetic, hardworking, and passionate top notch maintennace  team member preferably backed by a trade. Who has a passion about maintaining and delivering a quality service .

  • Hands-on repairs and maintenance
  • Hold yourself to a high standard
  • General maintenance; painting, plastering, equipment repairs, tiling, caulking,basic carpentary etc
  • Monitor stock levels of your  consumables and re-order where required
  • Respond to maintenance issues, including requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring compliance with essential safety measures and building regulations.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate trades personnel to address maintenance and repair needs.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to doors, locks, furniture, plumbing fixtures, and other general building systems.

  • Support tradespeople with larger jobs by performing preparatory work and  inspections.
  • Manage reactive maintenance requests efficiently and provide timely responses.
  • Liaise with clients and provide professional, courteous service to address their concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes for all tasks performed.
