**Job description**

Simplicity Care is an NDIS registered disability services provider, providing support to eligible NDIS approved participants. At Simplicity Care, we channel our care to suit and meet individual needs and preferences, recognising individual strengths and ability, we constitute innovative programs to proffer solutions to address complex care needs.

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic administrative Officer with knowledge of disability services **and good knowledge of computer ** to support our organisational change program. including business improvements. This position requires strong negotiation ability and documentation skills.
- Providing advice based on changing dynamics of the business sector and suitably propose solutions to optimise business performance.
- Ability to act independently to recommend methods and approaches on strategic direction.
- Strong understanding of core business processes Develops reports and documentation for participants plan reviews
- Good communication skills to deliver quality customer outcomes.
- At least 1 year work experience in the Disability Service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare invoices through accounting software
- Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
