**The Role**:
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in the growth of Collective Wellness Group (CWG) and the brands in our franchise portfolio, Anytime Fitness Australia, Xtend Barre Australia and SUMHIIT Fitness.

This role is responsible for managing and delivering the overall digital marketing strategy. This includes assisting in the development of the national digital media strategies, maximising brand awareness opportunities, developing effective prospect and member experiences and supporting franchise execution through effective platforms, local strategy and education.

**Day to day will include**:
Digital Strategy and Execution
- Strengthen our brands and positioning in market through a digital first strategy, working in collaboration with Brand Managers and partner agencies
- Execute the digital strategy supporting ‘business as usual’ activity and the national marketing plans across websites, SEM, SEO, digital media, social media and CRM
- Develop and drive SEO content strategy across website, blogs and social media to ensure a consistent brand voice and message on all channels
- Establish and support a data-driven approach and drive CMS development to produce effective, personalised experiences for prospects and members
- Drive acquisition and retention strategies through digital media channel best practice at national and franchise level
- Analyse data from various sources (google analytics, facebook insights, etc) to gain insights into campaign performance and use those insights to continuously improve digital marketing efforts
- Strong understanding of digital consumer journeys and in collaboration with partner agency and internal teams create improved UX with an aim to always improve online conversions
- Mentor, educate and support the franchise network on digital marketing to maximise individual location presence and local campaigns for growth
- Provide thought leadership, insights and education to key stakeholders including senior management, digital team, brand team, and franchise network

People and working practices
- Lead and manage the digital function; develop effective processes, set appropriate metrics and manage performance to meet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives
- Mentor and support Digital Marketing team through regular coaching, mentoring and ongoing training
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across internal teams, external agencies/suppliers and US partners
- Communicate regularly and efficiently with senior management to provide updates on campaign progress and recommendations for future improvements
- Drive franchise engagement of the digital marketing function, developing strategies to create collaborative relationships, educate and upskill with relevant digital training
- Manage external agency relationships and processes, ensuring deliverables and KPIs are set and achieved on time and on budget. Lead monthly and quarterly reviews as appropriate in partnership with Marketing Lead/s
- Maintain awareness of the fitness and franchise competitive landscape to identify new industry developments, opportunities and threats to our business, brands and franchisees
- Confident presenting strategy and education to wider franchise network in varying forums both online and in person

Other
- Present at Roadshows and Conferences as required
- Participate as an active member of the CWG team

- Other projects and responsibilities as assigned

**Experience and about you**:

- Minimum of 6 years experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in retail or franchising
- Bachelor’s degree or higher will be highly regarded
- Strong and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing landscape essential
- Understanding of CMS systems and Wordpress with basic HTML coding skills preferred
- In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Google My Business, MailChimp, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube essential.
- Proven capability of leading and mentoring a team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual KPIs
- Stellar presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in order to connect, inspire and educate
- Proactive and strategic, future thinker, keeping up-to-date
