Organisational Development Partner- Technology

Partner with the Technology and Data & Digital teams to deliver OD initiatives relating to talent management and performance, capability development, culture and engagement and leadership capability
- Work flexibly requiring mínimal ‘in office’ presence
- Full time, permanent role

Reporting into the Head of Organisational Development (OD) and the Head of People (HoP) for Technology and Data & Digital team, the OD Business Partner will play a critical role in co-designing and implementing OD solutions. You’ll manage and deliver key strategic projects and programs of work, as well as cyclical activities to achieve commercial outcomes and value for the Technology and Data & Digital group.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in Bupa’s transformational journey to be the most trusted, digitally integrated healthcare partner. You’ll partner with Technology and Data & Digital leaders to drive initiatives that add value across the people life cycle.

This is a permanent full-time role that can be based in the Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth or Brisbane city office when you’re not WFH.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities also include:

- Work collaboratively with other members of centralised OD team.
- Utilise change management methodologies to engage, communicate, educate and embed sustainable solutions together with the Technology and Data & Digital partnering team
- Engage with the Technology and Data & Digital leadership team to enable the delivery of consistent but also ‘right-fit’ OD solutions for the team.
- Create insights through data and analytics to inform ongoing strategy implementation and to measure business impact and outcomes. Provide regular reporting to track and monitor progress and outcomes.

**What do I need?**
- You are an all-encompassing OD practitioner with experience across a variety of domains/portfolios, ideally with a strong focus/background in Technology, Digital & Data
- Strong business partnering experience,
- Experience supporting the design and leading the delivery of complex programs of work, including frameworks, processes and tools. Human centred design experience is preferred but not essential.
- A reputation for effective and timely delivery and making things happen at pace.
- Strong project management, planning and programme governance capabilities.
- Strong change management skills and experience delivering change management programs to support the successful implementation of strategic OD initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create commercial insights from HR data and metrics.
