**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of IT Australasia, you will own the delivery of IT Services provided to customers to meet their needs efficiently and effectively. You will define and manage the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), report to stakeholders, and provide a robust IT environment that meets expectations and minimises risk of service disruption and any impact to the business.

This role will be based at our Adelaide office on Franklin Street.

**About you**

You will be an experienced and qualified IT professional with a passion for developing a cost effective and efficient service delivery team. You will have the ability to operate independently, lead and mentor a team to a high performance level, and utilise excellent communication skills to maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships in a complex organisation.

Your strategic and innovative nature will see you thrive in continually improving processes to provide best in class IT service delivery.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Degree qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- Significant experience as an IT professional in a complex Service Delivery environment
- Demonstrated managerial experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team
- Ability to develop and maintain complex stakeholder relationships
- Ability to obtain and maintain an appropriate level of Australian Defence Security Clearance as per role requirements
