**Delivery Driver/Packer**

Requirements of the role:

- Accurately, safely and efficiently deliver products to customers on a predetermined delivery route
- Ability to start shift at 3:00am and finish approximately 9:00am
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Pack the products neatly and provide customers with the correct quantities
- Provide the highest level of service and product integrity for every customer by safe and timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to delivery schedule with ability to adapt to any last minute changes
- Required to operate Transporter Van (automatic transmission) for extended periods of time and refuel when needed
- Maintain and organise bread crates and packaging materials to ensure a clean and efficient workplace is kept
- Responsible for ensuring the duties of their position are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner
- Responsible for offloading products to each client and place correct products to the clients specifications

Qualifications:

- Possess a valid Drivers Licence with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of NSW road rules
- Must be able to confidently drive around Sydney (also during peak hour)
- Own a phone for navigating and communication
- Need access to reliable transportation to get to Mosman (delivery van provided at bakery)
- Previous delivery driver experience advantageous but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.46 - $40.92 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mosman, NSW 2088: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
