Sue’s Home Care Nursing offers the successful applicant the opportunity to develop or further their career in aged and NDIS care through hands-on involvement in all aspects of client service delivery from onboarding clients and staff, shift management, client support, care planning and quality assurance. Will suit applicants with a Nursing Management background, ready to take the next step and support a large team of in-home care staff.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Current registration with APHRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working as a Residential Aged Care or Nursing Unit Manager
- Competent in MS office products
- Excellent interpersonal skills - we are looking for a strong active listener with the ability to empathise and deal positively with a wide range of client/family and staff interactions

THE POSITION
- Managing incoming calls from new and current clients and family members.
- Supervise daily service delivery, referring more complex issues to HR/Principal for resolution
- Manage staff/client scheduling and compliance
- Consider and advise on opportunities for service improvement

DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT
- Permanent Part-Time - 16hrs a week with a view to increasing hours.
- Flexible work days and times
- Above award rates
