**Your Organisation**

Based in Willawong, our client has a large project requiring multiple Customer Service Superstars to join their team on a temporary basis.

Reporting into the Customer Service and Accounts Manager, you will be working in a small team of 6 to asssit with a high volume project

As a major supplier to a number of large insurance firms, they provide assistance to fix damaged vehicles after major storms have occurred.

With brand new offices and a down to earth culture where hard work is recognised, you will enjoy working in a busy and buzzing office

**Your Role**

Reporting into the Customer Serivce / Accounts Manager, your role will involve:

- Entering claim details into the system
- Calling clients to arrange booking their car in to be fixed
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Updating client details
- Using a soft phone
- General Administration

**Your Profile**

As a Customer Service Superstar you will have excellent communication skills and have a proactive attitude. You will have an ability to pick up systems quickly and work well under pressure. You will be available to commence immediately. Exposure to working within the Insurance sector or processing claims is advantageous however not essential.

The role is initially for 2 weeks with a potential to extend depending on work volumes. There is no public transport close by so using your own transport is neccessary. There is street parking surrounding the office. The hours are 8am - 4pm - Monday - Friday so you must be available during these times.
