We Are Unity is looking for a Culture Consultant with a keen interest in people and business to help our clients realise their purpose, vision and strategy. You’ll need to be a natural problem solver who’s genuinely excited about helping shape the culture behind some of Australia’s largest companies and organisations.
You’ll be comfortable taking initiative, smoothly balancing collaborative teamwork to contribute to high-profile client relationships from early-stage business development through long-standing deep programs of work. It’s the kind of role where every day reveals exciting new challenges and no two days are alike.
You will be a seasoned consultant with knowledge in the field of transformation, culture, risk/safety and business strategy. You are a passionate, hungry, and confident individual who gets a kick from helping clients achieve their goals and helping your colleagues to be as successful along the way.
**Responsibilities**:
- You’ll work on high-profile culture change and employee experience projects;
- You’ll lead culture diagnostic and measurement, culture strategy design, and culture change implementation project;
- You’ll deep dive into each client you work with to understand their strategy and the business problems we are helping them to solve. The relationships you build will leave our clients feeling like you’re an extension of their team;
- You’ll get involved with research, data and analytics. This means helping drive our bespoke survey design, facilitating workshops, and turning the data you collect into meaningful insights;
- You’ll present to clients and the wider agency team, spotting and sharing your take on opportunities to add value to our clients and the work we do;
- You’ll use your awesome organisation and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities;
- You’ll bring your enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment, taking an active role in building the positive culture of our agency.
**Qualifications**
- 7+ years’ experience in a consulting role focused on culture, risk & safety
- Proven to be persuasive and influential at CEO & board level
- You have a genuine interest and experience in culture change
- ideally with a degree in organisational psychology or behavioural economics;
- You bring strong commercial acumen, with a focus to drive business outcomes through people;
- You love leading multi-disciplinary teams in an agile and collaborative manner;
- You’re curious about the world, business and people - ‘why’ is the word you use often (that’s why you’re always exploring new thinking and staying up to date with business trends and culture);
- You thrive in an outcomes focussed and ambiguous environments;
- You are a clear, constructive and engaging communicator - someone who knows what to ask and when, as well as how to challenge and be challenged;
- You’re a natural at building credibility and trust with everyone you work with, driven by your willingness to pitch in, and your passion for making a difference for our clients and their people;
