**THE OPPORTUNITY**

DECJUBA have an exciting opportunity for a **Lease Administrator** to join our passionate Store Development department.

As our Lease Administrator, you will provide invaluable support to the Head of Property regarding all leasing matters utilising your strong organisational skills, leasing knowledge and attention to detail.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining strong relationships across various stakeholder groups including Store Development, Finance, and external Property Partners.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure Property financial reports are updated and circulated to the Leasing Team each month.
- Negotiating directly with Landlords on any relevant matters, including issues relating to payments if not in line with lease obligations.
- Liaising with external lawyers to ensure negotiations on leasing agreements are satisfactory and compliant.
- Ensuring lease agreement and initial occupancy charge data at commencement is accurately documented.
- Reviewing letters of offer, disclosure statements and ancillary documents, and providing amendments to Landlords, managing the process as required.
- Managing the storage licence portfolio, ensuring there are licences in place to reduce expenditure and encouraging Landlords to include licences in portfolio.
- Preparing and coordinating monthly internal reporting on holdover leases, expiries, and available options.
- Management of option terms, discussing these with relevant internal stakeholders, and providing notice within prescribed timeframes.
- Coordinating external valuations where required at market reviews.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration of retail leases.
- In-depth understanding of relevant legislation applicable to lease administration in Australia and New Zealand.
- Confident and articulate communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to be agile and adaptable.
