**The Opportunity**

**Job responsibility**:

- Grow and nurture relationships on every interaction to enhance the participants’ experience
- Conduct regular follow up with prospective participants to finalise the enrolment process and highlight any issues to partners and employers
- Manage and address any enquiries and requests within two business days from the receipt of enquiries and requests. Handle or seek approval if required for any requests promptly.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and liaise with complainants as appropriate. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all appropriate actions are completed promptly.
- Provide timely and accurate information to AETS Management Team, Workforce Australia, Referring Providers, partners, trainers, and employers about enrolment, etc

**Selection Criteria**:

- Prior experience in a Registered Training Organisation environment is preferred
- Have at least two years of working experience in administration, call centre or customer service roles in the service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail - Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills within a team environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
- High resilience against frequent rejections from host organisations and have an excellent ability to influence decisions
