About the opportunity

As a Regional Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of leasing executives to drive the creation and preservation of asset value via maximizing leasing outcomes.

As an integral part of the Retail services team this role will have you
- Managing a team of leasing executives to drive outperformance.
- Oversee and assist in asset master planning, acquisition advice and modelling, retail tenant mix configuration to maximize sales, income and returns.
- Developing core tenant relationships and management of leasing resources across respective portfolios.
- Working with Property Asset Managers on assets to undertake market and property assessments to ensure the most appropriate tenant mix is achieved which maximizes leasing returns.
- You will negotiate commercial terms and leases directly with retailers on the assets.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability and high performance to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Prepare reporting on key leasing metrics and market updates that are presented to senior management.

About you

You are a true collaborator and understand the importance of the teams you work with and how best to partner with them. You have completed tertiary studies in either real estate, property, or finance with experience with working in the property industry. (Or similar).

You know the Australian retail market and you bring experience in understanding the end-to-end leasing process including lease administration, tenancy fit out, design and building services and an understanding of master planning. As a strong communicator and negotiator, you also have the ability to integrate quickly into a flexible team-oriented environment. You bring strong retailer relationships and a wide network of contacts and have demonstrated ability to outperform.
