Client Description

Do you love kids and want to be part of a rapidly growing eCommerce company?

This is a great opportunity for digital marketers with an eCommerce background who love having ownership of their role - strategically minded but not afraid to get hands-on

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team in a pure-play eCommerce business that’s offering award-winning baby products. It’s an exciting time to join them as they’ve recently grown to 3 brands and are planning international expansion. It’s a full-time, permanent role in Melbourne with hybrid working and a salary of circa $140-160k + Super.

Required Qualifications

Essential that you have proficient strategic and hands-on digital marketing experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketing Automation / EDM campaigns)

Essential that you have strategic and hands-on eCommerce experience (Shopify, SEO)

Comfortable leading and mentoring a Marketing/eCommerce Admin

Able to work in a lead-nurture environment with long, single-sale customer journeys

Strong comms and stakeholder management skills - comfortable managing relationships with a digital agency

Background in smaller businesses from either in-house or agency
