This is an “Award-Winning Home Builder” offering a range of products, including “Signature Luxury Built Homes” offering a sublime service from the moment you walk through the door to the moment they handover your keys to your Newly Custom-Built Home, you know you are dealing with a very Special Company.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor who is experienced in Luxury Custom Builds starting at $800k - $1.8m wanting to join a progressive and award winning company.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring compliance is within the Western Australian Building OHS legislation
- Ensuring the building codes are within the Western Australian legislation.
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient management of all tradies and supplier on site.
- Excellent QA and Administration skills
- Trade Background or Tertiary Qualification
This is an integral position with you will be responsible to ensure each project is delivered on time and on budget, you will pride yourself on your excellent organisational skills, you will be a lateral thinker with a high attention to detail & brilliant time management.
Ideally, this role will suit an experienced Site Supervisor who appreciates beautiful luxury-built homes & would like to be a part of this Home Builder Journey.
