The CompanyThis is an opportunity to work for an innovative and family-values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience. They've been operating for 20+ years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $650k.
The RoleReporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
- Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
- Maintain and update company systems
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
- 2+ years experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
- Carpentry background held in high regard
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
This role would suit somebody who enjoys site supervision, but is looking to work in a close-knit environment, with room for progression.
A salary ranging up to $125K + super + package
