Site Supervisor

This is an opportunity to work for an innovative and family values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience. They've been operating for 20+ years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $750k.
Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage c30 homes, across the Southern suburbs of Beeliar and Piara Waters.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
- Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
- Maintain and updating company systems
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- 2 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
- Carpentry background held in high regard
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
This role would suit somebody who enjoys Site Supervision, but is looking to work in a close knit environment, with the room for progression.
A salary ranging up to $120K + super + package
