About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work for an innovative and family values driven business that focuses on staff retention and excellent customer experience.
The company has been operating for over 20 years across the residential home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $600k.
A new Site Supervisor is required to manage c30 homes across the Northern suburbs, reporting to the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
- Maintain and update project systems
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
- Carpentry background held in high regard
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
