- We are currently experiencing strong and unprecedented growth across the business and are now recruiting experienced management professionals to continue spearheading and championing our high performing Workforce Australia consulting team.A great opportunity has become available with atWork Australia for a Placement Consultant The Placement Consultant is responsible for verifying and entering placements and creating wage subsidy agreements across all sites nationally to ensure full compliance with Employment Services Contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaise closely with appropriate atWork Team members, including Employer Engagement Consultants and Job Coaches in relation to placements and wage subsidy issues;
- Promote and offer wage subsidies to potential employers;
- Ensure all placements and wage subsidy details are recorded in the system accurately; and
- Ensure full compliance with Employment Services Contract by passing internal and external audits, as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures.

**About You**:
- Effective and efficient at communicating information.
- Ability to successfully manage a caseload;
- Proven experience working with targets and KPI's;
- Strong administrative and organisational skills; and
- Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies.
