**About the Role**

We have an exciting project focused role in NSW for a person who has an eye for detail and is confident in presenting technical solutions to C&P Contractors, Contract Administrators, Project Managers and Architects across some of Australia’s major landmark projects.

**About You**
- Technical solution-based sales experience
- Thorough understanding of construction principles
- Astute business acumen and technical skills that will allow you to provide value to your customers
- Entrepreneurial flair with a thirst for product and market knowledge
- Can interpret construction drawings i.e. RCP’s, elevations, sections, finishes schedules etc.
- Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy - Office 365, Teams, Hubspot, Estimate One, Aconex, Procure etc.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Project delivery experience with sound attention to detail
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High levels of motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience in estimation, preparing quotes and tendering for projects
- Ceiling/roofing/facades experience is valued
- Ability to build relationships of influence

**About the Job**
- Responsible for driving Armstrong ceiling solution sales with a focus on major projects
- Create ACS demand by developing or strengthening relationships with C&P Contractors, Contract Administrators, Project Managers and Architects
- Concentrating on major projects through providing detailed solutions and diverse product mix
- Collaborate with ACS Architectural Specialities team to optimize product solutions within selected major commercial projects
- Product development & training with contractors, resellers, distributors
- Representing the brand at industry events, associations & social forums
