We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on **Sales & Support Assistant** to join our small team in **Matraville**.

This is a flexible role ideal for someone with **sales experience**, solid communication skills, and an interest or background in **trailers, vehicles, or mechanical products**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Calling and following up with leads to **convince clients to visit our trailer showroom**:

- Handling walk-ins, messages, and basic admin
- Assisting customers and explaining features confidently
- **Helping the handyman** with minor trailer setups or handovers (some lifting)
- Managing light deliveries or part pickups if needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Sales experience** (retail, automotive, trade, or service-based sales)
- **Own vehicle** and driver’s license (must be able to drive to Matraville)
- Lives **close to or can reliably travel to Matraville**:

- **Physically capable** of helping with small trailer components
- Good **knowledge of trailers, cars, or mechanical basics**:

- **Native English speaker or fluent with clear communication**:

- Must have **Australian PR or citizenship**.

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience in automotive, mechanical, or trailer-related industries
- ABN holder (optional for invoicing)
